INSURANCE AND BILLING

Duckett Family Medicine is participating in a variety of insurance plans included, but not limited to, those listed below.
All co-payments are expected at the time of services. If we don't participate with your insurance carrier, payment will be expected at the time of service.

We are a practice of East Hill Medical Center, which provides all our administration services so all bills and statements will come from EHMC. EHMC will be able to offer payment arrangements as well as a sliding fee discount for those who are income eligible. We can also connect you to an insurance navigator as needed.
